Communications Coordinator Full Time

Fugro is looking for a Communications Specialist – Internal Communications. The person will be responsible for managing internal communications for the Middle East and India region, in close cooperation with Regional Marketing and Communications Manager and Global Corporate Communications team. The Communications Specialist will be required to create content in English; therefore, spoken and written fluency is a must-have. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement internal communications calendar. Proactively look out for new content and work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and publish it. Support Corporate Communications initiatives at regional level.
Design internal communications campaigns that drive employee engagement. Closely cooperate with employees and keep an eye on the communications gaps and needs and design internal communications campaigns that help increase employees’ engagement.
Create supporting visual assets as required (video, infographics etc.), providing input on script writing, image sourcing and content creation as required.
Manage internal communication channels and ensure content is posted in timely manner and aligned with other regional activities. Target to achieve recurrence and engagement OKRs.
Support Strategic Sales & Marketing team on an ad-hoc basis as required with house style tasks, presentation design, digital and social media support, digital client-facing support.
Reporting and communication
Reports to Regional Marketing and Communications Manager.
Works closely with the regional Marketing team and Global Communications team.
Collaborates with all departments and functions to understand the communication needs and create content.
Develops excellent working relationships with all the staff.
Education
Bachelor’s in marketing, Advertising, Branding or other relevant.
Professional Experience
1-3 years of professional experience in a communications role.
Experience in developing content and promotional materials.
Experience working with brand guidelines, house style is preferred.
Proficient in Google Analytics
