Job Title: Communications Manager
Job Description
As the Communications Manager for our holding company, you will be instrumental in establishing effective communication channels across all subsidiary entities. You will be responsible for the coordination of meetings, vendor communication, and setting up departmental communication structures, ensuring streamlined interactions within the company and its external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective communication strategies for our holding company and all subsidiaries.
Coordinate all interdepartmental communications and ensure the message is consistent and clear.
Set up, schedule, and manage company-wide and vendor meetings; oversee the preparation of agendas and follow-up action items.
Facilitate communication with all vendors, including setting up meetings, handling inquiries, and resolving any communication issues.
Collaborate with departmental heads and subsidiaries’ management teams to set up efficient communication channels.
Plan and manage the content, design, and production of all internal communication materials.
Develop a crisis communication strategy.
Monitor, analyze, and report on communication performance metrics.
Lead initiatives for communication improvements across all departments and subsidiaries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or related field.
Proven experience as a Communications Manager, preferably in a holding company or multi-entity environment.
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Experience in project management with excellent organizational abilities.
Familiarity with digital and print media channels.
Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with project management and video-conferencing software.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal team and external partners.
