We are seeking an Account Executive to oversee key client brands and projects. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, receiving client briefs, and briefing the creative team. Your role will involve coordinating and completing projects on time, within the allocated budget and scope. You will oversee all project aspects, including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress. Additionally, you will manage and maintain task reports for both clients and internal teams to ensure project status is effectively communicated.

Responsibilities

Interact with clients, handle project briefs, and effectively communicate with internal creative teams to ensure accurate understanding of the requirements and timely delivery of expected outputs.

Independently create engaging social content and content calendars based on brand guidelines, collaborating with the creative team for execution.

Coordinate with internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Ensure timely delivery of all projects within the defined scope and budget.

Assist in defining project scope and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Ensure availability and allocation of resources for project tasks.

Develop a comprehensive project plan to monitor and track progress.

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.

Measure project performance using suitable tools and techniques.

Report and escalate project updates to management when necessary.

Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships.

Conduct detailed ordering briefs with clients, clarifying specific project requirements.

Provide support to assigned project team members and track their progress on assigned tasks.

Track project performance, analyzing the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
