Requirements

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the full inventory and control of FIVE’s Food and Beverage assets
Responsible for establishing and maintaining high sanitation standards in all food preparation areas
Responsible for achieving financial goals, by minimizing costs without compromising on hygiene standards
Responsible for ensuring sufficient operating equipment and cleaning supplies for all operations
Responsible for administration and the disposal of waste
Responsible for monitoring and controlling all HACCP related matters
Establish and implement all Food Hygiene policies and procedures in all the kitchen, store and dishwashing areas
Responsible for the issuing and the return of all F&B equipment in accordance of the Account department procedures
Working with, and training, all team members to manage, monitor and improve the health and safety standards in the workplace
What We’re Looking For
Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to ensuring an exquisite guest experience.
Vocational certificate or diploma with significant Hotel, food industry experience
Very sound knowledge of HACCP guideline/principles
An ability to find creative solutions while taking ownership for all duties and tasks assigned
Strong working knowledge of industry regulations is beneficial
Teamwork-oriented

Fluency in English (written and spoken) is necessary.
