Chief Financial Officer Full Time

Our client is looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer located in KSA, Qatar, or the UAE. Applicants from Europe willing to relocate to the GCC region are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

– Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that support the organization’s overall strategic objectives.

– Provide financial analysis and guidance to the CEO and other senior executives to support decision-making.

– Manage the organization’s financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

– Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements.

– Manage financial risks and develop plans to mitigate those risks.

– Negotiate and manage financial contracts and agreements with vendors and other stakeholders.

– Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial service providers.

– Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that support the organization’s goals and objectives.

– Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, ensuring that they are motivated, engaged, and effective in their roles.

– Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including the board of directors, shareholders, and other interested parties.

Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.

– At least 12 years of experience in financial management roles, including experience as a CFO or equivalent.

– Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.

– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

– Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

– Knowledge of financial regulations and reporting requirements.

– Experience working with financial software and systems.

– Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
