Our client is niche organisation with multiple offices globally, as part of their group diversification strategy they created their Mining Solutions vertical and they are seeking the right talent that will be able to scale this business unit globally and lead their expansion.

Job Description

Create the business plan and establish the vision for the department
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to ensure product development and marketing strategies align with sales objectives.
Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they are achieving their sales targets and provide training and support where necessary
Lead investment from the organisation and help to seek more investors/partners in the market
The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 10 years of experience in leadership roles with a global remit within the Mining Sector
Solid understanding of the natural resources industry, including mining methods, drilling techniques, and environmental and safety regulations
Background in Mining Engineering or Geology, combined with MBA is highly preferred
Strong management and leadership skills
