The Capital Project Services team advises governments and businesses in the delivery of complex capital projects and programs. As part of our team, you’ll provide expertise to clients on the design and delivery of transformative projects, program and commercial management approaches, and optimization of capital programs while ensuring project success, within constrained budgets or through challenging situations. You will work across many sectors providing services across the project life cycle from project feasibility, governance, infrastructure and procurement, construction readiness, project execution and readiness for operations.

As a Senior Manager, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
Supporting clients in the early stage development of a capital project or programme, identifying and securing clear objectives, establishing the ‘delivery roadmap’ underpinning the ability to drive towards a successful outcome;
Designing and delivering transformative project and programme and/ or commercial management approaches across a wide range of industries;
Working closely with senior leaders of major global businesses to optimise the efficiency of their capital programmes and supporting them to deliver their intended benefits; and
Providing expertise to clients who strive to deliver projects within constrained budgets or supporting them through challenging situations

Is a confident communicator and is able to deliver compelling messages with impact in a passionate and credible manner to influence a wide variety of audiences;
Is an exceptional leader and has a strong desire to coach others within their team;
Has exceptional technical aptitude and analytical skills, and is able to translate complex issues to support the creation and delivery of clear and understandable client solutions;
Is passionate about delivery of capital projects and has a strong desire to succeed by learning from colleagues and creating collaborative relationships at all levels;
Has a strong academic and industry background and currently holds a senior position in their organisation;
Has a strong commercial background with experience in supply chain management, procurement, commercial management and/ or commercial and contract negotiations;
Is open to travel, both nationally and internationally.
