Duties and Responsibilities:
Benchmarking & Data Analysis: Assist in data collection and in-depth analysis for benchmarking activities, comparing performance against industry standards or best practices.
Support Excellence Initiatives: Collaborate with the Business Excellence Manager in executing strategies, frameworks, and methodologies.
Drive Change Initiatives: Implement change management initiatives at departmental and grassroots levels ensuring that changes are smoothly and successfully implemented to achieve lasting benefits.
Training and Development: Assist in the organization and provision of training sessions, workshops, and seminars to employees, ensuring understanding and competence in business excellence tools and concepts.
Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from employees and departments on various business excellence initiatives and share insights with the Business Excellence Manager.
Process Documentation: Document processes and improvements, creating guidelines and procedures for different departments.
Performance Monitoring: Assist in tracking the progress of different departments towards achieving business excellence goals and report any challenges or obstacles.
Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement at the departmental and grassroots levels, encouraging employees to adopt and practice improvement methodologies.
Benchmarking: Assist in data collection and analysis for benchmarking activities.
Risk Management: Support the identification and assessment of risks in change initiatives, proposing mitigation strategies where necessary.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering or a related field.
Lean six sigma green belt.
Prosci change management certification.
2+ years in Construction/ Engineering / Continuous Improvement / Real Estate Operational Excellence
Ideally have SAP / ERP experience implementation experience
