We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team, focusing on expanding our third-party property management services. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the property management sector. Your primary objective will be to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, secure new partnerships, and drive revenue growth for our company.
Responsibilities:
Identify Prospects: Research and identify potential clients, property owners, real estate developers, and investors who could benefit from our third-party property management services.
Business Pitch: Develop persuasive sales presentations and pitches that effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits of our property management solutions to potential clients.
Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, online platforms, and referrals.
Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain regular communication with potential clients to understand their property management needs, offer customized solutions, and address any concerns or queries they may have.
Negotiations: Conduct negotiations and contract discussions with potential clients to secure new business partnerships and ensure mutually beneficial terms.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify opportunities for business growth and innovation.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with the property management, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Target Achievement: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the overall success of the third-party property management division.
Reporting: Provide regular updates on business development activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections to the senior management team.
