About The Role
The role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing strategic relationships with key stakeholders, developing proposals and achieving sales targets to drive business growth.
Main Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, market trends, and competitive landscape to e_ectively position the firmÕs o_erings, provide market intelligence to senior management, and make recommendations on potential business opportunities and partnerships.
Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, attending industry events, and leveraging existing relationships.
Create persuasive presentations and deliver compelling pitches to clients, showcasing the value and beneÞts of our corporate services.
Develop customized proposals and pricing models based on client requirements and objectives. This includes designing and developing new revenue-generating activities and startup programs.
Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and e_ectively closing sales deals. Manage contract agreements, including legal and Þnancial aspects.
Work closely with both internal teams and GCC o_ces, including program management, marketing, and operations, to ensure smooth delivery of projects and successful client onboarding.
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for management and partners.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related Þeld. A master’s degree would be an advantage.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably within the GCC region.
Experience selling corporate accelerator programs or innovation services is highly desirable.
In-depth understanding of the GCC business landscape, including knowledge of key industries, market trends, and cultural nuances within the region.
Established network of contacts and relationships with key decision-makers, industry inßuencers, and potential clients in the GCC region.
Proven track record of successfully closing complex sales deals and meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills are essential.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
A proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
ProÞciency in English and Arabic is required. Excellent communication skills.
