Job Summary
Responsible for identifying, developing and managing new business opportunities that will help the company grow
and achieve its revenue targets. The position requires a deep understanding of the industry, market trends, and
customer needs. The executive is also responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key
customers and partners. Candidate needs to have a decent understanding of the audio/video production, social media
& digital marketing industry.
Key Responsibilities
?Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize revenue growth.
?Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
?Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners to ensure ongoing business
opportunities.
?Generate new leads and follow up on sales inquiries to convert them into sales opportunities.
?Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
?Negotiate and close deals with clients to achieve revenue targets.
?Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively
communicate their value proposition to clients.
?Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service,
to ensure successful execution of business plans.
?Track and analyze sales performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to the business
development strategy.
?Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients and stay up-to-date on market
trends.
?Competitor analysis and tactical business development.
Requirements/Qualifications
?Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
?Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
?Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
?Strong time management and organizational skills.
?Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
?Willingness to travel as needed.
Should have UAE Driving license with own car
