Building Surveyor Full Time

About the job
As a Building surveyor, you will be responsible for the surveying of residential and commercial properties in line with building codes and legislation. Our client is a real estate advisory with entities in Building Surveying, Property Valuations and FM Consulting in the UAE.

An ideal candidate for this role will have relevant experience in Building Surveying with working knowledge in contract administration, project management and technical delivery.

Main Responsibilities To Include
Organize and carry out surveys of properties and prepare supporting reports
Conducting inspections of the property – structural and MEP
Conducting reinstatement valuation and reserve fund studies
Snagging reports /observations for presentation to clients
Submission of quotations and or proposals
UAE experience is preferred but not essential
Requirements
BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
Chartered Member of RICS or working towards APC
A minimum of 3-4 years Technical Delivery experience gained within a Real Estate Consultancy
