About this opportunity!

We are now looking for BSS Solution Architect with an experience of Integrated BSS Solution covering Digital front end channel, service orchestration, product catalogue, Billing & CRM system.

What You Will Do
Evaluate E2E technical solution proposed by vendors.
Take ownership to drive changes beneficial to production environment including functionality and performance of solutions going live.
GAP analysis on proposed solutions and drive E2E GAP assessment along with GAP mitigation
Risk assessment of Proposed solution and drive the risk mitigation steps
Alignment of proposed solution with existing applications which are already in production
Represent Ericsson as a lead in solution assessment proposed by vendors along with the counterparts from client side. Drive the show with visual presentations from Ericsson.
Develop opportunity for Ericsson in expanding business inside Account and MMEA.
Take part in all pre-sales activities for the account.
Mentoring team technically for any upcoming new solutions and subsequent skill development and concept development.
You will bring
Education: Minimum of bachelor level degree in engineering (IT, Telecom)
Minimum 12 years of experience in Telecom IT with atleast 7-8 years in Solution Design and Architecture.
Exhaustive hands-on experience in Telecom domain covering 5G, Product Catalogue, Lead & Opportunity Management, Customer Information Management, CPQ, Customer Order Management, Service Management & Orchestration, Network Provisioning, Online Charging, Converged Charging, Mediation, API Management & Integration, Problem Management, Partner Management, Customer Billing Management, Collections, capacity management.
Experienced in Agile & Dev Ops methodologies of Delivery
Prefer to have at least 2 years of experience in Netcracker BSS Solution or similar E2E BSS Solution.
Good to have operational background (mainly for understanding and anticipating issues post launch)
Need to have good understanding of Performance management.
Should be conversant with ETOM, SID, TMF Open API, TOGAF, ITIL concepts. It would be best if the SME is certified as well in these.
Should be conversant with the latest cloud based architecture like Kubernetes.
Must have fair knowledge on open-source products like Cassandra, mongo DB, open stack, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana, Keycloak, Hazelcast, Kafka messaging
Must be highly proficient in English communication to represent Ericsson in different solution forums.
Must have leadership-skills to drive technical discussions.
