Brand Manager (Fashion-Retail)
Our Client Group is one of the leading retail-fashion groups in GCC region.
As a Brand Manager, you will be majorly responsible for supporting the brand management team in
various marketing and branding activities within the Group.
Assisting in the development and execution of brand strategies to enhance brand awareness,
positioning, and equity. This may involve conducting market research, analyzing consumer
insights, and monitoring market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including advertising, creative, and media agencies, to
plan and execute marketing campaigns. This includes developing creative briefs, coordinating
production timelines, and monitoring campaign performance.
Assisting in the management of product portfolios and ensuring brand consistency across
different product lines. This may involve conducting competitive analysis, monitoring product
performance, and providing input for product development and improvement.
Contributing to the development of brand messaging and communication strategies across
various channels, such as digital platforms, social media, print, and events. This includes writing
and reviewing marketing collaterals, press releases, and website content. Market
Conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior, and evaluating the effectiveness of
marketing activities. This involves monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), tracking market
trends, and making data-driven recommendations for brand improvement.
Collaborating with internal teams, such as sales, product development, and finance, to ensure
alignment with brand objectives. Coordinating with external stakeholders, including vendors,
suppliers, and partners, to support brand initiatives.
Compiling and analyzing data to prepare regular reports on brand performance, market share,
and competitive landscape. Presenting findings and recommendations to senior management for
Assisting in the development and maintenance of brand guidelines and standards to ensure
consistency in brand messaging, visual identity, and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
Supporting the brand manager in managing the brand budget effectively, including tracking
expenses, processing invoices, and monitoring financial performance.
Staying updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conducting
competitive analysis to identify opportunities and challenges for the brand.
Qualifications And Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) in luxury brand management, preferably within the fashion industry.
Understanding of the fashion market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in using data analytics and market research tools.
Leadership skills with a track record of managing and motivating teams.
