We are looking for a Brand Executive to drive execution (based on consumer, shopper, and customer insights) for the Consumer brands portfolio (Anchor and Anlene), in order to deliver on the agreed share, revenue, and EBIT targets for MEA consumer business.
Contribution to setting and delivering top-line growth objectives for the portfolio-specifically revenue, share, and profit targets in line with the overall FMEA strategic objectives.
Support in portfolio management and optimization across all the consumer brands and product lines. This role must protect and ultimately build brand presence/equity/value through effective management of the full marketing mix with a focus on meaningful brand differentiation & proposition development (consumer-led).
Work closely with Marketing & Insights Manager & broader commercial team to deliver both the short- and long-term innovation agenda for portfolio, ensuring that a robust (validated) balanced innovation pipeline is in place to support the category and brand strategy, leveraging both the local and global brand portfolio as appropriate.
Leadership and management of the portfolio, contributing and sharing marketing knowledge, engaged and agile team with clearly prioritized initiatives. Champion high-performance culture through leading self, others, and the business.
Monitor and track brand and competition share & performance to identify risks & opportunities. Recommend and implement action plans to address risk or opportunities.
Assist in the development of ATL and BTL communication for brands and execution of media strategies.
Lead the Digital initiative, in particular, the eCom agenda for focus markets UAE & KSA. As the eCom lead for FMEA, the brand manager will take complete ownership from strategy development to execution of all plans ultimately realizing targeted NSV ambition.
Act as the marketing liaison with the Global marketing team. Lead the relationship by taking ownership of all scheduled meetings and other regular requests for information etc.
You would possess the following:
MBA, Master of Business Administration, Major in Marketing
Minimum 3 years experience in Brands with a tier 1 FMCG company or 5 years plus experience with a media agency with background in social and digital campaigns
Proven track record in/working with Project Management, Brand Management, Pricing, Digital Marketing, Google, and Facebook certifications.
