ITP Live seeks a highly motivated and resourceful Brand Engagement Manager – Events to join our Talent team.
The overall responsibility of this role includes being part of the ITP Live Talent sales team and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets for Events and the ITP Live Website.
You will be responsible for identifying and developing new revenue streams and opportunities to grow the event department for ITP Live in UAE. The ideal candidate will be proactive, driven and enthusiastic, with a passion for creative selling and on boarding new clients.
Working with the team in the head office in Dubai
Managing any existing event clients
Leveraging existing contacts to source new clients
Developing new business leads
Developing comprehensive creative & financial proposals based on bespoke client RFPs
Integrate talent and the website into event proposals
Sponsorship deck creation and sale for any internal ITP Live events
Working closely with the events operations team to ensure any event sold is delivered to the highest standard
Liaising closely with the finance team for any project
Being responsible for generating revenue from agencies and direct clients
Maximizing market share from events in the region
Developing and growing personal client base
Weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasting
Ensuring monthly and quarterly sales targets are achieved
4 + years of experience
Educated to a degree-level, the ideal candidate should have more than 4 years of regional sales experience in event sales/sponsorship
Experience integrating influencers/talents into events
Ambitious, aggressive, proactive, creative and hungry for success
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and prioritise in a fast-paced work environment
Excellent interpersonal, presentation and organisational skills
