IIQAF is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Billing Assistant to join our team. This role will be responsible for working closely with the Finance and Accounting teams to manage and process customer invoices, payments, expenses, and collections. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in all facets of billing and accounting operations while providing exceptional customer service, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly billing activities with a focus on accuracy and timely delivery
Oversee the tracking and reconciliation of accounts receivable
Generate and review customer invoices and credit memos to ensure accuracy
Monitor and respond to billing inquiries from customers
Collaborate with the credit and collection team to determine payment plans and reduce A/R delinquency
Establish and maintain a customers accounts in the companys records
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with customers
Generate reports detailing accounts receivable activity
Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year experience in billing operations
Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, scheduling, and costs
Strong understanding of billing process and procedures
Ability to analyze data and identify trends
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient in utilizing Microsoft Excel and accounting software
Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
