We are currently recruiting for an Emirati National only as a Bid Coordinator to join our Dubai, United Arab Emirates Office. This role will be part of our Regional Business Development Division.
This position supports our Emiratisation Strategy and provides an excellent opportunity for an early careers candidate to join our growing business.

Your Daily Responsibilities Are Expected To Comprise The Following…
Collate submission documents ensuring accuracy of input, proof-reading and spell checking
Communicate and co-ordinate graphic requirements with the Visual Communication team
Assist in the design and production of material relating to the client presentation stage of the bid process.
Ensure external documentation is compliant with the brand guidelines and bid templates available
Ensure the progress of all bids are accurately recorded on our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Capture and share model answers and refined project descriptions
Review input to bids from technical teams against bid criteria, highlighting any potential gaps in information, and ensuring we have understood the clients requirements and developed a tailored and focused response
Ensure that all submissions are well written, compliant with what the client has asked for, and are in line with agreed themes and the Buro Happold brand and corporate message.
Collate, share and disseminate best practice and lessons learnt from bid feedback.

Required skills:
Previous marketing and bid co-ordination experience
Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
Ability to successfully support a high visibility, quick paced, diverse workload
Previous experience of coordinating and managing to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
Confident and proactive with the ability to take the lead in challenging situations
Excellent computer and IT skills including Adobe Design Standard (InDesign specifically), Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and experience of using spreadsheets and databases
Desirable skills: Previous experience within an architectural practice, construction or engineering industries would be an advantage
