Your Day-to-day Work

• Welcome, interact and communicate with guests & colleagues in a courteous, friendly and clear manner
• Take, prepare and serve guest orders with accuracy while promoting and up selling all products, focuses on maximizing sales in order to drive sales and meet outlet targets
• Clear and clean the bar in a professional manner
• Maintain stock, accurately handle point-of–sale transactions, maintain cleanliness of outlet at all times
• Ensure that company Health and Safety policies are followed and adhered to, train all new team members

Requirements

What are we looking for?

Education And Experience

• Ideally your background will be from the hotel/F&B industry, and worked as a Bartender for a minimum of 1 year in a 3-star or above category hotel.
• Fluent English is a must and other languages would be an advantage.
