Purpose of the position
Commercial and technical support to the front-line sale team.
Main tasks and responsibilities
First point of contact for sales support from Solution Sales team
Commercial, Technical and Application support to front line sales
Promote value-based selling
Manage Discount level approval in SF
Short- and long-term demand forecast for own area.
Orders approval and acknowledgement
Participate in sales planning and forecasting
Participate in market and sales development activities
Salesforce responsible. Pipeline management, forecast implementations
Responsible for stock program
Sales and product training
Competition follow up
Responsibility for regularly reporting to the Sales Manager: Middle East, India and Africa regarding outcome and possible deviations
Participate in way of working and process development

What youll need to succeed
Education level needs to be University Degree, Master of Science (M.Sc.) or similar experience
Good commercial- and business knowledge
Business- and market mind set
Focus on customer needs
Good leadership and management capabilities
High level of communication skills is important
Ability to motivate and inspire people
Ability to build trust and good relations
Driving force and energetic and result oriented
Knowledge of material and container handling business
Technical knowledge in Mobile Equipment product types or similar rubber tyre vehicles
Fluent in English both in speaking and writing
Experiences from similar tasks are qualifying
Experiences regarding other Cargotec products are qualifying.
You will be part of
Front line, all other roles in the Sales & Marketing function and in BL, and Kalmar employees in general as needed.
