Heres what youll get to do:
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and drive event sales
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and online platforms
Conduct research and analysis to identify potential event opportunities and target markets
Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event proposals and promotional materials
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns
Negotiate contracts and pricing terms with clients to maximize revenue and profitability
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities
To succeed in this role, you should have:
Proven experience in sales, specifically within the events and e-commerce industry
Strong track record of successfully generating leads and closing sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients
Exceptional negotiation and persuasion skills to secure profitable contracts
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze sales performance
Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
A passion for growing and an undeniable desire to succeed
