Associate Director – Corporate Finance Full Time

Our client is a financial service in the United Arab Emirates and is looking for a well-experienced Associate Director to join their Investment Management & Advisory team.

Reporting to the Head of Investment you will manage, mentor, and train junior team members. This is a corporate finance role and you will be extensively involved in financial modeling and analysis, valuation, research, transaction-related due diligence, portfolio monitoring, and other related transactional activities.

Responsibilities:

Lead the debt or equity advisory engagements
Analyze new investment opportunities, ranging from market assessment to competitive positioning, to preliminary valuation to pitching deals internally to the company’s senior team Build robust financial models to support investment analysis, valuation, capitalization, and structuring
Perform ad-hoc analysis of Debt or M&A transactions
Prepare reports and presentations to facilitate making important decisions, including acquisitions and capital raising
·The comprehensive and in-depth company, country, and industry research

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
Minimum of 5-6 years with a leading financial advisory firm/investment bank having been exposed to leveraged finance, and M&A
Excellent quantitative skills and financial modeling skills such as valuation, merger models, portfolio metrics, DCF models
Ability to work independently and execute the transactions and run the process with external stakeholders
