This role will support the formidable growth Mace are experiencing in the Middle East, by attracting talent into new roles and supporting key stakeholders achieve their internal resourcing and external recruitment needs. Location Dubai, UAE
The assistant recruiter manager will support the delivery of effective recruitment campaigns and internal resourcing activities across all sectors for Mace in the Middle East. In this role, you will work with the recruitment team, line managers, and HR business partners to assist with the successful delivery of resourcing plans.
This is a fast-paced role where we manage changing business requirements daily, where your key focus will be to create a best-in-class candidate experience.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Being proactively identifying and sourcing candidates for available opportunities.
Ensuring that the placement of internal candidates onto available projects is given priority versus external hiring to minimise overhead costs.
Creating and managing candidate talent pools for future requirements.
Working with candidates and hiring managers to efficiently manage the recruitment process from initial application screening to onboarding/keeping warm communications.
Working with the marketing team to create compelling strategies that attract diverse candidates through all sourcing methods such as advertising, social media, resume searching, and identifying and attending career fairs where appropriate.
Maintaining an effective checking process for all applications including right to work and accuracy of qualifications.
Working on key projects with the broader recruitment team to ensure we are always looking for the best way to find talent for Mace.
Working with external recruitment agencies where required.
You are a recruitment professional who is either looking for their first role in an in-house environment or is seeking a role that combines both external recruitment and internal resourcing. You are passionate about the level of service you provide your candidates and hiring managers and enjoy juggling multiple priorities. Experience in construction, property, or related industries is desirable but not essential.
