Executive Assistant cum Secretary Full Time
Requirements
- Calendar Management : Manage and organize the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Decrease in scheduling conflicts; feedback from CEO on timeliness.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Response time under 2 hours for all urgent communications; less than 24 hours for non-urgent.
- Prepare meeting agendas and briefs, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared for all engagements.
- Manage and submit expense reports.
- Accuracy of reports with minimal error rate and all expenses of CEO uploaded within 48 hrs.
- Required to accompany the management in business travels providing an administrative support.
