The main responsibilities for this role include:
- Support revenue generation across multiple channels, including general ticketing, tours, educational and family programs, and E&C events, ensuring alignment with sales goals.
- Assist in identifying potential leads and prospects to expand reach and increase sales opportunities.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and client feedback to help meet targets and enhance E&C corporate and venue offerings.
- Maintain relationships with clients to support sales conversions, deliver quality customer service, and contribute to client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate the sales process, including preparing presentations, assisting in negotiations, and facilitating visitations and payments for a seamless client experience.
- Support clients in organizing tailored trips or programming based on their specific needs.
- Assist in developing sales materials, pricing strategies, and promotional initiatives for different market segments.
- Represent E&C at domestic and international exhibitions and events, supporting outreach efforts and brand visibility.
- Contribute to identifying new revenue opportunities, streamlining sales processes, and improving the overall visitor experience.
- Support the analysis of sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Knowledge, Qualifications and Skills required:
Essential:
4+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism and/or hospitality as well as:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Must be able to travel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Fluency in English
- Willingness to travel
