To directly supervise and assist in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation and co-ordination of the Concierge Department covering the Concierge desk as an integrated Department by providing a highly personalised service ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and adhering to the standards required by the hotel.
You oversee the employees of the respective Concierge Department and ensure that the appropriate code of conduct, standards, and practices are upheld as outlined in the departmental handbook.
You are an active member and maintain global contact with concierges within the Society of The Golden Keys.
You ensure the optimal utilization of transportation services in the realm of transfers or rentals.
You contribute to building an efficient team of employees by actively showing interest in their well-being, safety, and development.
You assist in the training of employees and ensure that they possess the necessary skills to carry out their duties with maximum efficiency and in the most productive manner.
You mentor the employees within the department.
You aid in conducting annual performance evaluations for all staff to assess their overall performance and discuss existing issues and areas for improvement.
Business proficiency in English (reading/writing/speaking essential) Knowledge of additional languages (desirable)
