Position Overview: The Asset Manager will oversee the management and optimization of company assets to maximize their value. This role involves developing asset management strategies, monitoring portfolio performance, and making data-driven decisions. Responsibilities:

Asset Management Strategy: Develop and execute asset management strategies aligned with financial goals.
Portfolio Performance: Monitor asset performance, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on portfolio performance and investment opportunities.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication and alignment.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CFA preferred.
Proven experience as an Asset Manager or similar role.
Strong financial analysis and investment skills.
Knowledge of asset management strategies and compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
