We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to join our educational academy. The Art Director will be responsible for developing and executing a visual communication strategy that effectively promotes the academy’s brand and enhances the overall student experience. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of art direction and a strong educational background in a relevant field. Additionally, the candidate should possess excellent skills in video editing, ad designing, and creating engaging TikTok or Instagram reels.
Develop and execute the visual communication strategy for the academy, ensuring that it aligns with the academy’s overall goals and objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling marketing materials, including print and digital ads, social media content, and promotional videos.
Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for TikTok and Instagram reels that engage and entertain students, while also promoting the academy’s brand.
Ensuring graphic designing and video editing activities is of high quality and consistent with the academy’s brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, social media, and video production, and use this knowledge to inform the academy’s visual communication strategy.
Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed to ensure that all creative work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
Manage the academy’s visual assets, including photos, videos, and graphics, ensuring that they are organized and easily accessible for all team members.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of art direction, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, innovation, and excellence.
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design, visual arts, or media production.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro, after effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong skills in video editing and production, with experience using software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
Excellent skills in ad designing and creating engaging content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram reels.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
A passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the student experience through innovative visual communication.
The salary scale for this position is AED 5000 to AED 7000, purely depending on the candidate’s level of experience and qualifications.

Salary: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
