We are currently in need of an Architect/Interior Designer who is currently located in UAE.

Responsibilities

Plan, designed, and furnished interior designs of commercial/retail, residential, hotels, or industrial units.
Formulate a design that is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes.
Advise client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, color coordination, mood boards/ sample approval, etc.
Make detailed shop drawings for fit-out plans.
Render and present design ideas to clients.

Requirements

Experience with computational design.
Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision.
Proficient in Auto Cad and related software to produce architectural layouts/ 3D designs.
