An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced shipping Agency Manager to work for a leading international shipping line within their operations in Dubai, UAE.
Responsibilities Will Include
As the Agency Manager, you would be responsible for the profitability, operational efficiency, strategy, and commercial development of the business in Dubai.
Day-to-day management of the operations in Dubai
Overseeing commercial activities
Driving market share
Management of all budgets and P&L ownership
Drive efficiencies within the organisation
Define business plans and growth targets
Personal Requirements
Strong background in the container shipping industry
Previous experience as a General Manager or equivalent level
Experience managing a P&L
