We are looking for an Advertising Sales Manager who will be responsible for building deep client relationships, through leveraging Bayut | dubizzles digital advertising products and technology, combined with performance data that provides actionable insights for our advertisers and agency partners, whilst consistently delivering on revenue targets.
In This Role, You Will
Work closely with our brand and direct-response advertising clients to drive adoption of market leading advertising initiatives;
Work closely with clients to outline and explore solutions and appropriate campaign structures based upon key KPIs;
Manage and consult on complex advertising solutions and integrations. Work with cross functional internal teams and vendors to develop and execute on unique customized solutions;
Identify, drive, up-sell and cross-sell sales opportunities across your managed portfolio and coordinate with our advertising client to drive incremental pipeline revenue.
Oversee delivery and revenue recognition for the accounts assigned
Utilize internal CRM tools to drive revenue growth, retention and track performance of managed Clients;
Leverage campaign performance and market data to ensure clients KPIs are achieved and provide insights which drive their strategy forward.
Requirements
5+ years of experience working directly with top-tier media agencies and/or direct advertisers.
Strong knowledge and experience across digital, including traditional display, mobile and programmatic.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written & verbal) at all levels of an organization and / or at external speaker events.
Ability to apply rigor, methodologies and use technology to execute, assess, and explain complex brand
and performance marketing solutions.
Experience working effectively with ad operations teams and other cross functional teams such as product, marketing and finance.
Advanced Excel and analytical skills are essential, with experience analyzing data-sets and delivering actionable insights for the client.
Natural desire to provide exceptional levels of service quality and deliver campaigns that exceed clients expectations;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong consultative sales and solid analytical skills.

Experience positively influencing others both internally and externally.
Ability to educate clients on new advertising products and best practices.
To drive product adoption and performance based upon clients needs.
Understanding of the advertising technology that powers and drives these solutions.
