The Advanced Workflow Specialist is responsible for driving mass spectrometry business growth within the High Growth Markets region. You will develop mastery in identifying and developing sales opportunities, working in close collaboration at the interface between Channel Partners, Channel Managers and Customers

This position is part of the Channel Markets, EMEA (HGM) Team and will be located remotely within the High Growth Region. The HGM Team drive success through excellence in Channel Management, ensuring the customer voice is always at the heart of our business process.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

Leverage your expertise to improve win-rate in the mass spectrometry business
Develop your collaborative skill set working alongside Channel Partners at our mutual Customer-base
Maintain the latest information on key workflows and market trends
Work alongside Marketing and Application Specialists to develop a regional reference base
Experience a rich tapestry of cultures and practices across the region

The essential requirements of the job include:

A degree in Life Sciences with at least 5 years hands on LC/MS/MS experience. Accurate mass LC/MS/MS experience in the area of Biopharma/Multi-OMICS would be a significant advantage.
Commercial mindset with a results-oriented drive. Experience of working in a sales organisation would be a plus.
Highly self-motivated team player with strong presentation skills.
A strong sense of compliance culture and an awareness of multi-cultural issues across the wide range of geography.
Willingness to travel (up to 60%).

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

Capillary Electrophoresis
Food, Environmental or Forensic applications
Indirect (Channel) Business Model
