Qualifications, Skills:
Fluency in Arabic language is Must
Attention to detail
Good Communication skills, time management & organization skills
Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Administrative:
Issuance of NOC & agreement document as per customer’s application requirement
Organize & maintain case related documentation on proper systems/files, as per date.
Review daily workflows & cases received from the front office team & coordinate for any missing documents if needed for printing of NOC.
Manage department’s daily email inquiries and assign to respective staff, ensuring it is close within SLA recorded.
Submit any report or log required by the senior for daily or pending cases.
Communication:
External customers: contact customer to update regarding their documents and/or missing information needed.
Internal customers: coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer cases are closed timely and effectively
Report any issues to the management.
