Job Description
Warehouse Administrator + Storekeeper (Saudi National Only)
Working alongside the Warehouse Manager and Inbound Operations Team Lead to ensure smooth execution of inbound and outbound shipments for Wesco Anixter Saudi Arabia.
Stock Inbound Process
Working With The Inbound Operations Team Lead To
Ensure any planned Imports have the correct import approval.
Follow up with vendors to collect all required documentation for SABER application.
Generating the PCOC and SCOC Applications for products intended for import.
Generate invoices in SABER.
Generating AP vouchers to ensure payment release from our finance department for (1) duty (2) shipment certificates,
Working with Freight Forwarder to arrange the smooth import shipment from Vendors based on the incoterm.
Daily follow up on shipment status
Maintain accurate internal status reports at PO / shipment level.
Keeping sales updated on shipments related to their specific projects.
Stock Receipt and Outbound process
Working Alongside The Warehouse Manager To
To oversee and manage warehouse inventory.
Working alongside the 3rd Party Logistics provider to ensure inbound stock is checked for part and quantity accuracy, and to ensure no damages before put away.
Processing stock receipts into Wesco Anixter ERP to maintain correct availability for sales.
Monitor and audit accuracy of part away by 3PL via daily cycle count and block audit.
Ensure good pallet management for traceability and operational efficiency.
Generate any required RDRs (receiving discrepancies) and follow up with the Purchasing Team, vendors and sales to ensure resolution within SLA.
Monitoring sales order release dates to ensure nothing enters warehouse floor incorrectly.
Arrange allocation of stock against sales orders in Wesco Anixter system.
Other Duties
Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Operations Manager or other appropriate administrator.
Environment
Duties are performed in a warehouse environment, while performing the duties of this job, the employee will be required at times to work on the warehouse floor and could on occasion be exposed to outside weather conditions.
Qualifications
High school Diploma or equivalent
2+ years Warehouse administrator experience
Confident using an ERP system, Microsoft suite proficient for purposes of maintaining records and reports.
English language proficiency Intermediate and above
