Responsibilities

• Assist with daily office operations, including managing appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating activities
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, providing excellent customer service
• Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative materials as required
• Support with general office tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
• Coordinate and assist in organizing meetings, events, and other office-related activities
• Ensure that office equipment is well-maintained and functioning properly

Skills / Qualifications

• Emirati national with valid UAE passport
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and be punctual
