FCMB is currently recruiting a young, energetic individual who is looking to build a career in the mortgage industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing documents, data entry and client servicing. Their primary task includes data extraction and recording into the set software. The suitable candidate must be tech fluent and proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Competitive basic pay and an opportunity to learn and grow in the mortgage industry.

Job Responsibilities

• Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information and documents for mortgage application processing

• Scan and print required documents needed to collect information for data entry.

• Work as per FCMB’s strict privacy guidelines.

• Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures.

• Keep record of and organize company documents cache to FCMB guidelines

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience as mortgage loan processor, Data Analyst, or similar position will be an advantage but not a must.

• Proficient utilizing Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

• Fluent and competent in English. Additional language capabilities are an advantage.

• Past experience with documentation processing.

• Ability to concentrate for long and fulfill responsibilities accurately.

• Typing skills and attention to detail.

• Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks during a work day.
