The Role
Prestige Luxury Real Estate are seeking to appoint an experienced Administration Assistant to join their experienced and expanding team. Based in Dubai Marina, the Administration Assistant will support the Real Estate team with paperwork, progressing sales and lettings, applying for permits and ensuring accuracy of documentation.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Preparing real estate forms and documents.
Ordering supplies, preparing and distributing documentation
Maintaining electronic and paper filing systems
Preparing listing materials and posting property listings
Managing a client database and preparing reports
Assisting with closing processes
Performing other duties as assigned
Ideal Profile
You have experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in Real Estate
You have good communication skills, both verbal and written.
You have proficiency in Microsoft Office.
You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
You have strong numeracy and organizational skills.
You have critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
You have strong attention to detail.
