Key Roles And Responsibilities As I.T.
Should have strong I.T knowledge. Should be able to trouble shoot, install scanner, prints, and configuration of emails on mobiles.
Responsible for maintenance of all computers including but not limited to, management of 3rd party I.T. Company, maintaining backups, disaster recovery, installation of anti-virus, set up and configure desktops, installation of softwares etc.
Conduct research on computer products in support of PC / mobile procurement and development efforts. Evaluate and recommend products for purchase.
Recommend, schedule, and perform PC/server hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs.
Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, mobiles equipments.
Key Roles And Responsibilities As Admin Assistant.
Gr Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
Greeting visitors, screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
Arrange corporate events, organizing conferences, seminars, and presentations in Dubai and internationally.
Review maintenance contracts and supervise timely executions.
Education background & Skills required:
Bachelors in computer science / Information Technology required with strong working experience.
Installs and configures Windows server hardware and software, to include Active Directory and Remote Desktop
Excellent technical knowledge of network and PC hardware, including Microsoft platform.
3+ years of hands on administrative support experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in ENGLISH (50 words per minute).
Excellent problem-solving skills without assistant from supervision.
Detail oriented with good research skills.
Should be able to work Long hours.
