We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Admin Coordinator (UAE National) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. This role involves supporting managers and employees, assisting with daily office needs, and overseeing general administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
- Provide administrative support to the local team by managing reports, time & attendance records, filing systems, and spreadsheets.
- Handle day-to-day administrative operations in alignment with departmental goals.
- Assist the Operations team in routine and ad hoc administrative duties.
- Collaborate with and support the Logistics Administrator on logistical and documentation requirements.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of records and timely reporting.
- Coordinate with internal departments to support business needs and office functions.
- UAE National with Family Book (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative or office coordination roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
