About The Client
Our client is a Dubai-based international container shipping company specializing in transporting cargo. The company operates between the Far East, Middle East, Black Sea, and Indian subcontinent.
They are looking for an Admin Assistant to join their team to perform general administrative work for operations, finance, and HR. Fluency in the Arabic language is preferred. Russian would be a plus
Job responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the front office, including reception, switchboard, and mailroom duties.
Greet and assist visitors, vendors, and customers.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail.
Answer phone calls and take messages.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Monitor and order office supplies as needed.
Maintain the front office environment in a neat and orderly fashion.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Provide administrative support to the staff.
Maintain accurate and up to date records.
Monitor and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
3 years experience in a similar role
Ability to maintain the integrity of sensitive/confidential information.
Advanced experience in Outlook for complex calendar management, and scheduling meetings, as well as PowerPoint, Word, and Excel software
Experience working in a fast-paced, matrix organization.
Experience managing multiple priorities with ever-changing business needs while effectively prioritizing to meet deadlines and maintain a high quality of work.
