Accountant Full Time

Trustbend Packers & Movers, a reputable logistics and relocation company based in Dubai, is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to join its growing finance team. This role is ideal for a professional who is passionate about numbers, accuracy, and financial compliance, and who can support the company’s day-to-day accounting operations in a fast-paced business environment.Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, journals, and supporting documentation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with company policies and UAE regulations
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing, collections, and vendor payments
• Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and intercompany transactions
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities
• Ensure compliance with VAT regulations, including VAT returns and related documentation
• Support internal and external audits by providing required financial data and explanations
• Coordinate with operations and management teams to ensure accurate financial reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in logistics, transport, or service-based industries
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, VAT, and UAE financial regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
