The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing finances for construction or interior fit-out projects and will be able to handle accounting processes specific to these industries.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, including tracking project-related expenses.
• Oversee payroll and tax compliance.
• Monitor project budgets and cash flow for multiple ongoing projects.
• Handle cost accounting, job costing, and project profitability analysis.
• Liaise with auditors, suppliers, and clients as needed.
