We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our retail organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness and drive sales growth and footfall to the stores. You will also be responsible for managing key accounts and building long-term relationships with different stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies and reports.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, and web analytics tools.
Experience in digital marketing, including social media, email marketing, content marketing, SEO, and SEM
Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives of the company.
Creating and managing content for the company’s website, social media channels, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
Developing and managing paid advertising campaigns on search engines, social media, and other digital advertising platforms.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed within budget constraints.
Work closely with creative teams to develop marketing materials such as advertisements, product displays, and promotional materials.
Manage key accounts, build and maintain strong relationships with brand heads to ensure smooth implementation of activations and alignment on business goals.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop targeted sales strategies and ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach with customers.
Analyze marketing and sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve marketing and sales strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, or related field.
8 years of experience in marketing and/or account management, preferably in an advertising agency or the retail industry.
Strong analytical skills and experience with handling different stakeholders
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
