Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area
• Follow service protocols and safety standards
• Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and turnover

Requirements:

• Fluent in English (spoken and understood clearly)
• Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage
• Positive attitude and presentable appearance
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Familiarity with basic POS systems is a plus

Preferred Candidates:

• Currently on Visit Visa or Cancelled Visa in the UAE
• Available to join within 30 days
