NOW HIRING QUANTITY SURVEYOR (POST CONTRACT)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contract Administration
• Claims & Commercial Risk
• Variation & Change Control
• Valuations & Payments
• Cost Management & Reporting
• Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with drawings and specifications.
• Prepare the evaluation of subcontractor invoices.
• Prepare interim payment and commercial documentation.
• Prepare variation assessments and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  
• Collaborate with planning, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain well-documented records for contractual purposes.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying,
• Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years (depending on seniority) of post-contract QS experience in GCC construction industry.
