What You’ll Do:
- Manage project budgets & cost control (Civil & MEP)
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates & tender docs
- Pre- and post-contract management
- Optimize project costs via value engineering
- Monitor cash flow & final accounts
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ yrs QS experience in real estate/construction
- Strong knowledge of cost management, FIDIC & UAE construction regs
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, CostX & Excel
- Experience in luxury residential or mixed-use projects
- Shape projects. Control costs. Deliver excellence.
