Job Purpose:
To provide support in Finance/Accounting activities especially in Accounts Receivables. Carry out timely follow-up, reconciliation and collection of payments from the clients to ensure smooth cash flow to support the business while ensuring standard process and procedures.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain accurate AR records and customer accounts for multiple entities.
• Perform customer account reconciliations and handle complex intercompany reconciliations.
• Analyze large AR data sets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare and present AR reports to management with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve outstanding issues and ensure timely collections.
• Effectively manage individual tasks and customer relationships, including both individual and corporate customers.

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications & Experience Graduate in Finance/Commerce (B.Sc Finance/Accounting, B.Com. (General/PA) Familiar with AR Process Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English. Arabic would be an advantage. Strong inter-personal skill Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage large AR data across multiple companies. Advanced knowledge in MS Excel Proven track record in customer account reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations.
