To strengthen its engineering team, Al Bonian Facilities Management is currently seeking an experienced Facilities Engineer with strong technical knowledge and UAE-based facilities management experience.

Facilities Engineer – Job Requirements

Candidates applying for the Facilities Engineer position should meet the following criteria:

• Proven superior knowledge and experience in Facilities Management operations, especially Hard Services

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role with a reputable Facilities Management company in the UAE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Proven experience in Contractor Management

• Fit-out company experience in the UAE is mandatory

• Strong working knowledge of CAFM systems

• Experience in technical report preparation and submission

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• UAE Driving License is preferred

• Immediate joiner is highly preferred

Key Responsibilities of the Facilities Engineer

The Facilities Engineer will play a critical role in ensuring efficient FM operations and compliance with standards. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing day-to-day Hard Services FM operations

• Coordinating and supervising contractors and service providers

• Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance activities

• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, technical standards, and client requirements

• Preparing and submitting detailed technical and performance reports

• Utilizing CAFM systems to track maintenance activities and assets

• Supporting fit-out projects and technical modifications within facilities
