In this role, you will:
Handle technical and applications sales questions from customers and provide prompt, accurate answers liaising with Technical Support Team.
Process quotations for Key Accounts and project businesses in MENA region and logging opportunities in SFDC
Engage in department key performance indicators (KPIs) through visual management, and countermeasures where appropriate.
Be a power user for Salesforce.com and Salesforce communities.
Drive aftermarket/Installed base management sales in the region.
Are you qualified?
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications, experience, and background to perform effectively in the role:
Up to 3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales experiences in the Water Industry
Bachelors degree in Engineering is required (Water, Process, Chemical or Environmental Sciences)
Languages: English proficiency a must. Knowledge of the French and Arabic languages is advantageous.
Knowledge of the operation of plants and or laboratories, water testing requirements and procedures, and water control regulations that apply to plants
