Your Role

Key Responsibilities

• Generating Sales Leads: Identify and approach potential buyers.
• Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed individual and team KPIs.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate sales performance and pipeline updates.
• Customer Engagement: Log interactions, feedback, and resolve complaints.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with logistics and operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of outdoor B2B sales experience, ideally in FMCG, home appliances, or cleaning supplies.
• Solid understanding of the UAE retail and freezone markets.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to position products effectively against competitors.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
• A collaborative, pressure-resilient team player.
